Saunas
![]()
The processes that take place in a sauna have a positive effect on the whole body. The high temperature relaxes tense muscles, improves circulation, cleanses the skin and strengthens the immune system. Toxins are removed along with sweat, aches decrease, the body relaxes and overall well-being improves. Thanks to the boosted metabolism, the sauna can also support the weight-loss process.
It is a beauty, health and relaxation procedure available free of charge to all ICON GYM members, regardless of membership type.
